Reuben is an active member on the outreach committee for the Friends of the Neches River National Wildlife Refuge. Reuben currently serves as the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) District Biologist for Houston, Cherokee and Rusk counties. Reuben is also a recruitment representative for TPWD.  Reuben helps out with volunteer and outreach events at the Refuge. Reuben enjoys visiting the refuge with family and friends in his spare time.
